TROOP/GROUP DISBAND NOTICE INSTRUCTIONS
For troops/groups disbanding, please follow the steps below:
- Determine the amount of funds remaining in your troop bank account prior to disbanding. As a troop, decide how the remaining funds will be spent.
- You will be required to submit your final Troop Finance Report. To assist with preparing your Troop Finance Report, consider using the Annual Troop Year-End Report Prep Worksheet. This is a tool and will not be collected.
- If there is a balance of troop funds, please indicate within the Troop Finance Report how the funds will be utilized.
- Close your troop bank account, obtain a final bank statement from your bank and upload your final bank statement when submitting your Troop Finance Report.
